SWTGM
Sweetgum Manor (SWTGM) is a place of presence, beauty, and belonging, dedicated to our collective well-being.
Set on 4.5 acres in the heart of Cincinnati, on the Avondale / North Avondale border, SWTGM offers a highly-curated blend of programs and experiences in a beautiful, historic, and culturally significant location—complete with a pool, tennis court, yoga studio, and ethereal sense of peace.
It’s a reimagining of home and how we can gather to change ourselves, each other, and the world—bringing people together in a warm and intimate environment that centers care, connection, and creativity.
Designed by Latondra Newton, the ever-evolving space blurs the lines between indoor and out, highlighting collaborations with local artists, as elevating their work is a core part of our ethos. The manor is named after the Ohio native Sweetgum trees in the backyard, valued for their healing powers—tough on the outside, healing within, like humanity itself.
We hope everyone who comes through leaves with a rejuvenated spirit that’s contagious.
